Step 2: Personal interview if your application meets our standards, we’ll schedule a one-on-one video or in-person interview to learn about YOU!

Step 3: Screening & References we verify your references, certifications, and complete a background check to ensure the highest level of safety for our client families.

Step 4: Matching process once approved, we’ll begin matching you with families whose needs meet your skills, availability, and personality. You’ll be able to see all available job postings, so if you feel drawn to one you can email jobs@thenurtureandbloomagency.com We will also send you jobs hat are a good fit.

Step 5: Interview and Trial You’ll meet with families through virtual or in person interviews and may be invited to complete a trial day or short working interview

Step 6:Hire and Support Once placed, we stay in touch to make sure you’re supported and thriving in your new position. We’re here for guidance, check-ins, or transitions if needed
