DISCOVERY CALL- we begin with a personal consultation to understand your family’s unique needs- from daily routines and parenting styles to schedule, household expectations, and personality fit. We take detailed notes and answer and any questions aout how the process works

PERSONALIZED MATCHMAKING- we review your information and carefully select a small group of pre-screened nannies who align with your values, caregiving style and expectations. Every candidate we present has already been vetted, interviews and background-checked.

MEET YOUR MATCHES - we introduce you to 2-4 nannies. You’ll recieve a profile of each nanny, then have the opportunity to interview them directly. IF desired we coordinate trail dats to see how your child and caregiver connect in real time.

HIRE WITH CONFIDENCE- Once you’ve chosen your preferred nanny, we support you through making a formal offer, negotiating any remaining details, and cordinate any last minute details.

ONGOING SUPPORT- After placement, we remain available to ensure a smooth transition and provide backup support if anything changes.
