At least 2 years of professional nanny, childcare or early education experience
CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before placement)
Valid driver’s license, Clean driver record and reliable transportation ( for families that require driving)
Ability to commit to at least 1 year with a famiy
Authorized to work in the U.S
Excellent references from oast childcare employers
Proficient in English
Non-smoker
High-School diploma or equivalent
Willingness to undergo a background check and have a clean criminal history
